Sometimes I feel like a light and watery and hydrating smoothie that will digest easily especially in the summer and this one was perfect. You can add more water if you want it even more hydrating. And as always you can add some fresh ginger to make it even more digestible.
Apple arugula smoothie
4 medium apples ( I think I used fuji)
1/2 lemon with peel
large handful of green grapes
large handful of arugula lettuce
about 3-4 cups water
