For breakfast I ate a modified version of one of these smoothies along with a 1/2 clove of garlic.
For lunch I ate my juicer pulp crust pizza with massaged kale, pesto, and heirloom tomatoes. I also made some chocolate/spirulina energy bars that I snacked on (instead of eating dinner) I posted the recipe for the pizza crust below and post the bar recipe tomorrow.
For dinner I wasn’t to hungry so I made some green juice with kale, celery, lemon, ginger, cilantro, and carrots.
Raw juicer pulp pizza crust
1 1/2 cups carrot pulp
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds
1/2 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon honey or maple
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
2-3 tablespoons dried Italian herbs
pinch of sea salt
* Put in an 8″ pan that is lined in parchment paper and dehydrate for about 12-18 hours depending on how crispy you like your crust.
* Makes 2- 4 servings (4 pizza slices)

Thanks Sonja! I hear ya! I’m always trying to stick juicer pulp into anything I can! I hate throwing it away after I make juice!

Just brilliant! I too am always looking for ways to use pulp. I usually defer to bread or cookies, but what a great idea to make a pizza crust! And your topping looks so good too! Thanks for sharing this at RFT!
